Setting up HBW

Do you receive leads from HBW, and want those leads to come directly into Blitz?  This can be done in two simple steps. The setup is a bit different if you use First Impressions or QuoteBurst Typhoon, so be sure to check that you are following the correct instructions.

  1. Configure HBW within Blitz.
    -Go to Administration –> Web Lead Setup.  If you use First Impressions or Typhoon, click the Configure link to the right of those.  If you do not, click the Configure link next to HBW.
    -Within the Configuration Options screen, click the Enable box next to the types of leads you are receiving.  If you use First Impressions or Typhoon, “HBWQuotes” will appear before the lead types.
  2. Send IDs
    -Find the API Id, Transaction Id, and API URL in My Profile.  The IDs need to be from your primary administrator’s account.  These are the Ids that will link HBW directly to your account.
    -If you do not use First Impressions or Typhoon, send your three Ids to HBW in an email. Explain that you want to set up your Blitz account.
    -If you use First Impressions, copy and paste your three Ids into the Blitz Integration settings within https://www.robo-agent.com/logon.aspx.  Click here for detailed instructions and screen shots for setting up First Impressions.
    -If you use Typhoon, send your three Ids to Typhoon on their website: http://www.quoteburst.com/contact.html.  You can either paste the Ids into the chat box on the bottom right corner, or into an email addressed to help@quoteburst.com.

Setting up Robo-Agent’s Virtual Terminal

Do you use Robo Agent First Impressions, and would like to quote one lead individually?  With Robo’s Virtual Terminal, leads can be quoted one at a time and dropped into Blitz automatically with the quote attached.  To enable and utilize this integration, follow the steps below:

  1. If you are new to First Impressions or Blitz, link your Blitz account with your First Impressions account.  Click here for instructions.
  2. In Blitz, Under Administration > Web Lead Setup, click configure to the right of First Impressions.  In the Configuration Options, click the enable checkbox next to RoboVirtualTerm (there is both an auto and life option).  Click Save Settings.
    Optional: Dropdown boxes will appear within the enabled rows.  Select “Round Robin” for the Auto Assign Group—this will allow for leads to be automatically distributed between users in a round robin fashion.  Auto Assign Groups can be customized under Administration > Auto Assign Groups.
  3. To quote a lead, go to http://virtual.robo-agent.com/, enter your agent number, and click Start a Quote.  Fill out the available fields and click Submit Quote.

Using the GPS form to add leads to Blitz

If you have both GPS and Blitz Lead Manager, you can add leads individually to Blitz from a custom GPS online form created specifically for your agency.

*NOTE: If you would like to add an entire list to Blitz and update leads directly from GPS, click here for instructions.

  1. Go to Administration > Web Lead Setup within Blitz.  Click Configure to the right of GPS Insurance Marketing - Auto Dialer.  Select the types of leads that you will be adding to Blitz and click Save Settings.
  2. Go to My Profile within Blitz and find the API Id, Transaction Id, and API URL.  GPS will need this information to link the form to your Blitz account.
  3. Go to  http://gpsinsurancemarketing.com/form-build-request, fill out the available fields, and choose Blitz Lead Manager in the Lead Management System dropdown box.  Copy and paste the Blitz Ids found in My Profile within Blitz.  Click Submit.  You will receive an email with information on using this form.

  4. Start dialing your leads using GPS’s user interface.  When you would like to add a lead to Blitz, simply fill out your custom GPS form and click Submit.

Integrating your GPS account with Blitz

If you have both GPS and Blitz Lead Manager, the accounts can be linked so that you can update leads in Blitz directly from GPS. This integration can be set up in 4 simple steps.

*NOTE:  If you would like to add leads to Blitz individually while using GPS, click here for instructions.

  1. Import the leads you are going to be calling into Blitz by going to Administration > Import Leads. Put the leads into a new campaign. (See BlitzTV)
  2. Export the leads out of Blitz. To do this, go to Leads > Lead List and select the campaign that you just created. Click the export to Excel icon. excelcsv The final column of the exported csv file will contain a link to the lead in Blitz.
  3. Import the new list into GPS.  When mapping, be sure to map the URL column from the spreadsheet to the Website/Lead Pop field within GPS.  Don’t see the Website/Lead Pop field?  Click here to update your GPS account.
  4. Make sure you have Blitz open in a separate window to enable to information to be transferred, and start dialing your leads using GPS’s user interface.  When a lead is on the line, you can update Blitz by clicking on the User Fields tab within GPS and clicking the available link.

Setting up Underground Elephant

Do you receive leads from Underground Elephant, and want those leads to come directly into Blitz?  This can be done in two simple steps: configuring your account within Blitz, and sending the provider your Blitz information.  If you use  First Impressions or QuoteBurst Typhoon with your Underground Elephant account, click the related link below to follow the instructions for setting up a web lead provider with an auto quoting system:

Integrating your Robo Agent account with Blitz

Blitz Lead Manager is integrated with Robo-Agent, a suite of proactive and powerful auto-quoting tools that interface with Alliance (AllState). If you have both Robo-Agent and Blitz, the accounts can be linked so that lists ran through Robo-Agent drop directly into Blitz with the quotes attached. This integration can be set up in 4 simple steps.

  1. Within Blitz, create a campaign for the Robo-Agent list to drop into. To do this, go to Administration > Manage Campaigns, and click on Add New Record. Create a name and click save.
  2. Within Blitz, go to My Profile and find the API Id, Transaction Id, and API URL. Robo-Agent will need these three Ids to configure the integration.
  3. On the Robo-Agent quick start on your desktop, click Blitz Settings or Lead Mgr Settings. Select Blitz Lead Manager for the Lead Manager Integration, and provide the three Ids in the appropriate fields. Click save settings.
  4. Run a list through Robo-Agent and the list will be uploaded to Blitz automatically. The quotes can be found in the history notes of each lead’s Lead Log.

Setting up Compare Insurance Quotes

Do you receive leads from Compare Insurance Quotes, and want those leads to come directly into Blitz?  This can be done in two simple steps. The setup is a bit different if you use First Impressions or QuoteBurst Typhoon, so be sure to check that you are following the correct instructions.

  1. Configure Compare Insurance Quotes within Blitz.
    -Go to Administration –> Web Lead Setup.  If you use First Impressions or Typhoon, click the Configure link to the right of those.  If you do not, click the Configure link next to Compare Insurance Quotes.
    -Within the Configuration Options screen, click the Enable box next to the types of leads you are receiving.  If you use First Impressions or Typhoon, “CompareInsuranceQuotes” will appear before the lead types.
  2. Send IDs
    -Find the API Id, Transaction Id, and API URL in My Profile.  The IDs need to be from your primary administrator’s account.  These are the Ids that will link Compare Insurance Quotes directly to your account.
    -If you do not use First Impressions or Typhoon, send your three Ids to Compare Insurance Quotes in an email. Explain that you want to set up your Blitz account.
    -If you use First Impressions, copy and paste your three Ids into the Blitz Integration settings within https://www.robo-agent.com/logon.aspxClick here for detailed instructions and screen shots for setting up First Impressions.

Do you receive leads from Quote Scout, and want those leads to come directly into Blitz?  This can be done in two simple steps. The setup is a bit different if you use First Impressions or QuoteBurst Typhoon, so be sure to check that you are following the correct instructions.

  1. Configure Quote Scout within Blitz.
    -Go to Administration –> Web Lead Setup.  If you use First Impressions or Typhoon, click the Configure link to the right of those.  If you do not, click the Configure link next to iQuoteX/Quote Scout.
    -Within the Configuration Options screen, click the Enable box next to the types of leads you are receiving.  If you use First Impressions or Typhoon, “QuoteScout” will appear before the lead types.
  2. Send IDs
    -Find the API Id, Transaction Id, and API URL in My Profile.  The IDs need to be from your primary administrator’s account.  These are the Ids that will link Quote Scout directly to your account.

    -Within the Configuration Options screen, click the Enable box next to the types of leads you are receiving.  If you use First Impressions or Typhoon, “AllWebLeads” will appear before the lead types.
  2. Send IDs

Integrating your Call Fire account with Blitz

If you have both Call Fire’s Cloud Call Center and Blitz Lead Manager, the accounts can be linked so that you can update leads in Blitz directly from Call Fire. This integration can be set up in 4 simple steps.

  1. Import the leads you are going to be calling into Blitz by going to Administration > Import Leads. Put the leads into a new campaign. (See BlitzTV)
  2. Export the leads out of Blitz. To do this, go to Leads > Lead List and select the campaign that you just created. Click the export to Excel icon. excelcsv The final column of the exported csv file will contain a link to the lead in Blitz.
  3. Import the new list into a Call Fire campaign.
  4. Make sure you have Blitz open in a separate window to enable to information to be transferred, and start dialing your leads using Call Fire’s user interface.

Once a lead is connected within Call Fire you will have a Link1 tab. This will display the lead’s Lead Log screen in Blitz. Just add your notes and follow ups into Blitz and continue on to the next call. Below are a couple of screenshots showing how the lead will look inside of Call Fire after a call has been connected.
