Examples of Common Workflows in Blitz Lead Management Software
With Blitz Lead Management Software’s Workflow add-on you can automatically send emails, schedule follow-up appointments, increment X-dates that have passed, and re-quote. When you add Workflows, a series of actions can be setup to occur automatically and can be customized to your lead tracking needs.
When certain situations occur, Workflow will:
- Automatically send emails to leads
- Automatically schedule follow ups
- Automatically increment X-dates
- Automatically re-quote leads using First Impressions
- Send emails and schedule follow ups based on X-dates
Blitz Lead Management Software Workflows can be created from scratch to perform actions any way you would like, or you can build from one of our default Workflows. Below are four examples of lead tracking Workflows that are commonly set up by insurance agents. Each workflow can be customized in terms of date range, filters, triggers, and actions.
New Leads Workflow
Use For: Internet leads and manually added leads
Assigned leads set to a “New” or “Attempted Contact” status are targeted in this workflow. When the lead is 2, 7, 14, 30, and 90 days old, an email will be sent to the lead and an appointment will be added to the assigned user’s schedule.
X-Date Workflow
Use For: Leads imported from a spreadsheet, internet leads, and manually added leads
Assigned leads that have a contract date and are set to a “Re-Quote” status are targeted in this workflow. 30 and 5 days prior to the listed contract date an email will be sent to the lead and an appointment will be added to the assigned user’s schedule. When the contact date passes, 6 months is added to the listed date.
Re-Quote Workflow
Use if: You have First Impressions
Use For: Leads imported from a spreadsheet, internet leads, and manually added leads
Use For: Leads imported from a spreadsheet, internet leads, and manually added leads
Sold Workflow
Use For: Leads imported from a spreadsheet, internet leads, and manually added leads
Assigned leads that are set to a “Sold” milestone are targeted in this workflow. 1 day after the lead is marked “Sold” an email will be sent to the lead.
